This project involved a complete redesign, reimagining both the interface and internal system to deliver a more user-friendly and efficient experience.
The goal was to transform the existing portal into a modern, intuitive platform. The new design focuses on clarity, accessibility, and seamless navigation, making complex information easy to understand and interact with.
Redesign the interface and backend workflows to simplify user tasks, reduce confusion, and provide quick access to essential vehicle and driver data in one place.
By identifying pain points in the old system, the redesign streamlined key processes through improved information architecture, clearer visual hierarchy, and an interactive dashboard that enhances user engagement.
